A: G2 is collection of shoes which are only available in our Enduro range, which are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Q: What is the difference between your other deck shoes and the G2 range?

A: Our G2 range is been specially manufactured with high quality premium leathers and nubucks to ensure that Chatham Deck Shoes are built to last.

Q: Do all Chatham deck shoes come with a 2 year guarantee?

A: Only shoes from our men's and ladies Enduro range have a 2 year guarantee.

Q: How do I register my G2 shoes?

A: You can either:

Fill in the orange part of your G2 booklet (you should have received a G2 booklet in the shoe box), attach a proof of purchase receipt and sent it to us at the address below. We will then register you on our database and send you a letter by post, confirming that your shoes have now been registered. If you have given us your email address, we will send you the letter by email.

OR

If you have internet access, visit our G2 registration section on our website and fill in your details. You will then receive your confirmation letter to the email address you have specified.

Q: Are the G2 shoes waterproof?

A: None of our deck shoes are waterproof due to the moccasin construction. The moccasin construction is very comfortable which is why they are so popular, but they will let in water if worn in wet conditions.

Q: What happens if I need to return the shoes?

A: If your shoes are returned during this time, due to a defect in workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, entirely free of charge. This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser and is only valid if the shoes have been used in the appropriate conditions suitable for that particular type of footwear and if it has not been abused. It will be invalidated if any damage is caused by misuse, excessive wear and tear, negligence or accident.
